Team suggests winning and losing. In the athletic arena, winning is the ultimate goal.
Team implies partnership. This includes both business and personal partnerships.
Team is a group of individuals that share, collaborate, and assist one another. This type of team leads to workplace success!
A successful team combines talent, which leads to greater efficiency. By having open communication amongst team players, the team can work on a common goal of initiating change.
In order to achieve success, the team must utilize diverse strengths, work in groups, and have common goals. Each team player is an individual who must possess skills in cooperation to make the group cohesive.
Behind every group is a management team. This team will be the ones setting goals, motivating the team, establishing work relationships, developing the team, and initiating change. By working together, the management team and team players can be successful.
